The group’s collective expertise, particularly in the fields of accessibility, mobile, and Adobe web products, led to the creation of GNStudio’s consultancy business, urged on by client demand.
Thanks to one of the most recent additions to the team, Barbara Menicucci, the consulting side of the business has ventured into the world of legal consulting for the web, an area that is increasingly important in a market which, even in Italy, is finally catching up with European standards.
Barbara is also helping us to provide training and consulting about agile contracts this is because she has be able to see agile practices in action at GNstudio since 2008.
We have followed agile practices since the end of the 2007, the agile spirit that drives development in GNstudio is open to everyone but
it is driven by our senior agile practitioners.
It means that feedback is welcome and that we believe that retrospectives are useful not only to understand what’s wrong in iteration but also in order to define and improve continuously our agile process.
We encourage our team members and the product owner / customer to be evolutionary and not revolutionary, this can help GNstudio to improve the process (i.e. making it more suitable to a specific project) without loosing time in useless discussions.
