My main area is Flash/Flex/AIR development and I know these products well (also certified as ACE in Flex + AIR), however I have knowledge in other areas as like as Java/.NET/iPhone development, which helps me a lot in my small business. I don't care a lot about technologies, which means if I need to build iPhone application, I'll learn iOS SDK + Objective C. If I need to create distributed and fault tolerant application, I'll learn and go with Erlang. Exploring new things is great not only in the job, but even more in the life.
