The Gnstudio team knowledge is built on development, study and research... We are used to investigating new technologies in order to understand how provide new brilliant solution to our customer that make us their point of reference on various fields of expertise. Technology is a passion for us, you’ll never hear “that’s not possible” from our team leaders because we strongly believe that through studing we can solve every issue. During the past year and half we have started to follow the agile development procedure, this has impacted positively on our processes and the satisfaction level of our customers, meaning that at the end of a project you really know everything about it.
The agile spirit that drives the development in GNstudio is open to everyone and driven by our senior agile practitioners. We strongly believe that today the agile process guarantees successful software products but we are also aware that using it implies customer training and an open mind... for this reason we have divided our client area into three different areas in order to give our customers the right tools to follow their projects according to their knowledge of agile practices.
Standard
The following client area gives you access to the standard CRM of GNStudio, it is the way we discuss projects, the way we provide our customers access to the project SVN project and the connection point between our team and the customer.
Standard doesn't mean we don't provide the right commitment but commitment but obviously we put in place support tools suitable for each individual customer not general support for everyone.
Agile
The agile spirit that drives the development in GNstudio is open to everyone and driven from our senior agile practitioners.
If a customer is a new to agile or has not a very big project we usually provide less project management tools keeping in place the test driven development we also use in enterprise projects but we don't use all the weapons we have so as not to create confusion for customers with little experience.
Enterprise

For an enterprise project we are used to put in place all the amazing tools that give a customer the opportunity to get involved in the project so that give each customer the possibility to create the project development together with us.
Through continuous integration, cyclomatic complexity monitor tools and through our project management area a customer can have a clear vision of everything that happens in the life cycle of his project.
